Thursday,
8th March. I enjoyed the day. The sun shone and I had a good walk to
the village. The sea and the beach were beautiful. The bus was on time and it
wasn’t uncomfortable or cold.

I met a
friend in an art shop in Truro and talked about the plans for Saturday. There
is going to be a meeting in the Tate Art Gallery in St Ives.

After
that I went to a little restaurant for lunch. I ate leek and potato soup with
brown bread and butter. Some other friends came and we drew and painted. I made
a card for Mothers Day. It has the black and white flag in it, as well as daffodils
and Celtic knots. Here it is!
