Pana scavellow cronek a ell bos debrys? Radn an re ma ew debrys gen bestes bian. Bes my a's perna en gorvarhas, na wr ü ga vy besca aga huntel e'n gwylfos. There's enough water for the pond and the stream. Fungi like dampness too. They grow in damp soil and rotten wood. They like compost. Can you identify different fungi? I don't know many names in English, and there's only "toadstool" in Cornish. Which mushrooms are edible? Some of these are eaten by little animals. But I buy them from a supermarket, I've never collected them in the wild.

Ma degeans an v orr vrâs (A30) ha ma'n daromres oll ow sewya  treylyans a'n vorr ogas dhe obma (A3075). There are white clouds in the sky because the moon is so bright. I can see a bright planet too. The night is not quiet, though there is no wind. There is a full moon, therefore there is a spring tide. But the tide is out and I cannot hear waves. What is the noise? I can hear a lot of cars. There's closure of the main road (A30) and all the traffic is following a diversion near here (A3075).

I love my grandchildren, and I love dogs, but they can be hard work to entertain, especially young boys and puppies. They have so much energy! However, when they are together, they can entertain one another. The boy likes throwing a ball and the dog likes chasing a ball - a good combination. They can both run. Meanwhile, the old dog and the cats keep their distance. They do not like young boys nor puppies.

Tonight there is a full moon for you, a Full Hunters' Moon. I am not a hunter. What prey animals are hunted by moonlight? I saw the moon rising last night over the hill. The evening was quiet, apart from an owl in the wood.

Saw wostiwedh ma dowr e'n gover bian. OK! I looked towards the east and saw blue sky. So I walked out. Then I looked northward, and the sea and sky were grey, grey as ashes. Soon I saw the rain coming over the dunes. I had to hurry home quickly. But at last there is water in the little stream.

We see rain, snow and hail falling from clouds - aided by gravity. Trees fall. Sometimes the reason is wind and rain. This tree is on the Saint's Trail. Leaves are starting to fall now, but the leaves are not all dead yet. Some leaves are clinging to their trees - until the next wind. But the wind did not knock down this signpost. (I can't find my photo!) Found at last.

I noticed scaffolding in Redruth on several old buildings near the railway station and bus stop. What is the work; repair or improvement? The old buildings should not be demolished - they're historic. In another place a little old house was demolished and here's a bigger modern house in its place. It's not finished yet. Benyn hir ew hei - po martesen my a wrug treylya berra! Ow eskern ew nebes medhal. The weather was not very good today, however it was a splendid day for me. I saw my niece at my son's house in Penryn. She's on holiday and she's staying with friends in Porthleven. Penryn is between Porthleven and Perranzabuloe. She's a tall woman - or perhaps I've got shorter! My bones are a bit soft.

It is very big, but the sky is cloudy and it does not have a clear edge. Actually, tonight is the first quarter of the moon's cycle. The next full moon will be later in the month. We can see only half of the moon now. Today is also a day of change, Scorpio begins. Libra is gone.

We still can't use this letterbox - we can see lots of little bees flying all around - perhaps there's a nest. I walked near it with the little boy and the dog - to meet my granddaughter. The seasons are muddled - the old leaves are still on many trees but there is already new gorse on the hill.

I have a pair of sore arms now. In the afternoon I had vaccinations. Two vaccinations, one in the left arm for flu and the other in the right arm for Covid. The surgery is by the sea and we were happy to go there, and after that to the park with our daughter and her grandson.

Thera whans dhebm a wòlowow nowydh - saw ha fin. Lôwen o vy lebmyn gen ow gòlowow nowydh.   We needed electrical work done again. There was an unreliable light switch - there was a disconnected wire in it. One light bulb was dead and all the others were a fire risk. There were old wires under the floorboards - with big transformers and without any earth wire. I wanted new lights - safe and smart. I'm happy now with my new lights.
