There will be enough food for the birds. There are lots of berries and other fruit in the trees and bushes - red haws on whitethorn (hawthorn), gold and purple plums. We have already eaten the delicious golden plums. The Kea plums need more time to ripen. They're still a bit hard. The cornfield in the distance is golden. There is fog or low clouds on the hills near the coast.
