St. Austell and Milano-Cortina; what is the similarity? People are skating on ice. From St Austell one must go to the Eden Project for a small skating rink, and a ticket is essential - to skate. You also need a ticket in Milan - to watch the skating. There is more than one skating rink in Milan. They are big. Different sports need different ice - warmer and slightly soft or colder and very hard! Artistic skating or speed skating? There is only one type of ice in the Eden Project. In Milan the ice must be perfect - there is a machine to mend the surface. Another similarity - the finish for St. Austell and Milan is Sunday, 22nd February.
