It should be the last winter's day. Tomorrow the spring should begin. But we have a warning from the national weather service (the "Met Office" ). A lot of rain is coming, and snow could fall on high ground. The weather could be colder.

She was like a second mother to me. I can’t remember her when she was a child. In my memory she is always grown-up. She was very kind . She was a tailoress – a marvellous seamstress . Ha, sur, my a veu lôwen  dh’aga gweles.     I do not like being old! I'd like to forget birthdays. I started the day quietly. The weather was fine and my husband and I walked with the dog. Our neighbour’s mare was sunning herself. After that, my peace was disrupted! My family arrived with food and wine and flowers and cakes and candles and calls of “Happy Birthday, Mum!” and “Happy Birthday, Nana!” And, sure, I was happy to see them.   Deg ger rag hedhyw .
