Sunrise in Truro was at 12 minutes after 5 o’clock and sunset will be 28 minutes after 9 o’clock. This is a very long day. The longest day will come soon. The moon is a waning crescent.  Last night was the last quarter. There will be a new moon next Wednesday.  The weather is cloudy, but it is not cold.

I am not a fine poetess and my verses are not refined poetry. I would prefer to write songs, but I don't know how to compose the music. I am not a composer. It's hard to get rhymes for some words. Can I remember rhymes? I can't remember exactly. But "amusing" is a rhyme for "exactly" (more or less). "Moth" is another rhyme, but how can I use it? The picture is a peppered moth.
