Do I have reasons to be cheerful today? Certainly! The longest night has gone and there are several signs of spring. There are pink flowers on the south side of my bush and my neighbour has snowdrops. The plumber has gone and now we have a new shower, new taps and a new toilet (with rules).

I am not a fine poetess and my verses are not refined poetry. I would prefer to write songs, but I don't know how to compose the music. I am not a composer. It's hard to get rhymes for some words. Can I remember rhymes? I can't remember exactly. But "amusing" is a rhyme for "exactly" (more or less). "Moth" is another rhyme, but how can I use it? The picture is a peppered moth.
