I looked towards the north and saw colour in the sky. Aurora Borealis? In Cornwall? No chance! It was the remains of the sunset, and gone in a short while. The black clouds soon came and the colour disappeared. There are no leaves in the trees and we can see a squirrels' nest in the bare branches. Sometimes they come to the garden to steal bird food. There are lots of noisy birds, rooks and jackdaws, in the sky, flying high.
